702, 86 Jangmi-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea; hereinafter "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your use of our short drama mini-program integrated with the TikTok platform via the TikTok Mini-Program SDK (the "Mini-Program").
By accessing or using the Mini-Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Mini-Program Platform Rules, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Mini-Program.
1.1 Your access to and use of the Mini-Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Mini-Program.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will post the updated Terms on the Mini-Program, indicate the "Last Updated" date, and, where material changes are made, provide you with reasonable notice (e.g., in-app notification or pop-up prompt). Your continued use of the Mini-Program after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Mini-Program.
1.3 Age Requirement. You represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is higher). If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Mini-Program. We reserve the right to request proof of age or guardian consent at any time. If we learn that a user is under the applicable minimum age, we will terminate their access and delete their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.1 The Mini-Program provides short drama content (including videos, scripts, images, and audio) for Your viewing and entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify or remove any features or Content at any time without prior notice.
2.2 We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mini-Program solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.3 You acknowledge that the Mini-Program is dependent on the TikTok Platform, and We are not responsible for any interruptions caused by TikTok's technical issues or changes to platform rules.
2.4 Service Availability. The Mini-Program is currently available in selected markets globally. We do not guarantee that the Mini-Program or its Content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Mini-Program complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.1 To access certain features of the Mini-Program, you may be required to log in using your TikTok account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TikTok account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.
4.1 The Mini-Program may include features allowing You to purchase virtual currency (e.g., "Coins") to unlock specific short drama episodes. All virtual currency purchases made through the Mini-Program are processed exclusively by third-party payment providers or the TikTok platform itself.
4.2 Virtual currency has no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and is strictly non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws. We do not process or store Your credit card information.
5.1 You agree to use the Mini-Program in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms, as well as TikTok's Community Guidelines and Platform Rules. You shall not:
Use the Mini-Program for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious purposes;
Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Mini-Program or its content without our prior written consent;
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise violates public order and good morals;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Mini-Program, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Mini-Program's systems, data, or user accounts;
Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or use the Mini-Program;
Share or disclose Your TikTok account credentials or Mini-Program access information to any third party;
Engage in any conduct that may damage Our reputation or the reputation of the Mini-Program, or that may cause harm to other users.
5.2 You are solely responsible for any content You upload, post, or transmit through the Mini-Program (if applicable) and for any consequences arising from such content. You represent and warrant that You own all rights to such content or have obtained all necessary licenses and consents, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
5.3 By uploading, posting, or transmitting User Content through the Mini-Program, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Mini-Program, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Mini-Program (including but not limited to software, code, design, trademarks, logos, and text) and its Content are owned by Us or Our licensors. These Terms do not grant You any intellectual property rights in the Mini-Program or its Content, except for the limited license to use the Mini-Program as set forth in Section 2.2.
6.2 You agree not to use any of Our intellectual property rights without Our prior written consent.
6.3 Copyright Infringement Notices. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on the Mini-Program infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us at:

Your notice should include:
(a) A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
(b) A description of the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Mini-Program;
(c) Your contact information (name, address, email address, and phone number);
(d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(e) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf;
(f) Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.
7.1 We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Mini-Program at any time, without prior notice, if You violate these Terms, TikTok's Platform Rules, or applicable laws and regulations. We may also terminate the Mini-Program's operation at any time for any reason, with reasonable notice to You.
7.2 You may terminate your use of the Mini-Program at any time by ceasing to use the Mini-Program and, where applicable, by revoking the Mini-Program's access permissions through your TikTok account settings.
7.3 Upon termination, Your license to use the Mini-Program will immediately terminate, and You must cease all use of the Mini-Program. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of these Terms will survive termination.
8.1 THE MINI-PROGRAM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT.
8.2 We do not warrant that the Mini-Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Mini-Program at Your own risk.
8.3 We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content available through the Mini-Program. All Content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons, events, or places is coincidental and unintentional.
8.4 We are not responsible for any third-party services, products, or content that may be accessed through or linked from the Mini-Program, including but not limited to the TikTok Platform.
9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE MINI-PROGRAM OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE MINI-PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US THROUGH THE MINI-PROGRAM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by Our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Your use of the Mini-Program shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between You and Us. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) for arbitration in accordance with KCAB's International Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of submission. The place of arbitration shall be Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
10.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may also bring claims before a competent court in Your country of residence if required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
11.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Mini-Program, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 Assignment. We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without your prior consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
11.4 Waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it at a later time.
11.5 Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, pandemic, network failures, or changes to the TikTok Platform.
11.6 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
